We are an innovative start-up in the field of Online Dispute Resolution, heading towards an exciting pilot. We are looking for someone to manage the pilot by building a user’s community, interacting with users and editing content.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Creating Cytice user-base, continuously increasing user-engagement & contributing to product enhancements and related development
- Writing clear, accommodating support messaging
- Improving user experience
- Developing an operation plan and making an execution for social marketing
- Maintaining our online presence, using basic copyrighting & content management (Publishing email campaigns, newsletters, press releases and blogs)
- Relentless testing to find breakthrough content formats and distribution channels to determine the optimal approach to reach and grow target users
Experience & Skills Requirements
- Relevant background in Dispute Resolution or Law
- Native English speaker
- Strong writer and editor of digital content management, data analysis and project management
- Knowledge in website building a plus Tel Aviv Marketing Onward
